These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DsitesAI ("Service", "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

DsitesAI is a website builder platform that allows users to create, customize, and publish websites. The Service includes:

• AI-powered website generation
• Visual page editor and template gallery
• Static website hosting and file generation
• E-commerce functionality (paid plans)
• SEO tools, analytics, and email marketing features

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use DsitesAI to:

• Create websites that contain illegal content, hate speech, or harassment
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Collect personal data without proper consent or privacy notices
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Use the AI Builder to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using DsitesAI — your text, images, site structure, and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI Builder is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranties about the accuracy or originality of AI-generated content.

5.3 Platform Content

Templates, design assets, and platform code are owned by DsitesAI and protected by copyright. You may use them to build your websites but may not redistribute them as standalone products.

6. Plans, Payments & Refunds

6.1 Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost with usage limits. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days notice.

6.2 Paid Plans

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance
• Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy for new paid subscriptions. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@dsitesai.com for refund requests.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings. Upon deletion, all your sites and data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DsitesAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
